I had a fantastic stay at CityInn Ximending. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, with super comfy beds and a great selection of movies. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. The hotel's location couldn't have been better, right across from Ximending and with easy access to the metro station. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was superb, right at the heart of the city near Ximending Junction, making it convenient for exploring Taipei. The room was clean and new, but unfortunately, the family room we booked was unexpectedly small, especially for young kids. I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with 2 queen-sized beds, perfect for accommodating my family of four. They were clean, which made my son very happy. The hotel is conveniently located at the basement floor. The service was exceptional with a very good service mind from the staff, making me feel genuinely cared for.
